I've added a couple links to my website. One is for Moongiant, just because I like to know what phase the moon is in (today happens to be a full moon/partial lunar eclipse in Capricorn) and the other is for "This Day in History." Which is often more significant than most people know. Today happens to be a particularly interesting day. In 1918, Czar Nicholas and his entire family were murdered by the Bolsheviks. In 1945, the first atomic bomb was tested in New Mexico. A private plane piloted by John F. Kennedy Jr. was lost over the waters off Martha's Vineyard, Mass. And of course, 50 years ago, "Apollo 11 blasts off from Cape Kennedy, Florida, heading for a landing on the moon."
But did it really? I don't think so, and many other intelligent bloggers and researchers think the same. If I have time I'd like to do a report on the connections between Hollywood director Stanley Kubrick and the Apollo Space Program. Was it all a staged event? I don't know how real this is, but here is an alleged confession by Kubrick. I've seen a few of his movies, and I have to say, the style in which the moon landings were presented certainly remind me of his directing. BTW, today also happens to be the 20th anniversary of the release of Stanley Kubrick's final film, "Eyes Wide Shut."

I'm pretty sure the "confession" by Kubrick is fake. But just because that particular "confession" was faked does NOT mean that the allegations are false. They hope you will make that leap, as it is a favorite trick of theirs. Like the documents that got Dan Rather in trouble over GW Bush's military service (fake documents that contained real facts). Or the whole "protocols" is a forgery thing. Interesting choice of words -- "forgery" -- meaning that this particular copy was an illegal copy of a real document. Hmmm ....
If someone rationally and logically looked at all the evidence regarding the moon landing, they would either A) declare it was faked or B) declare that there is enough evidence to warrant questioning it. There is no way to claim that the evidence PROVES we actually went to the moon. Most Americans would scoff at the claims of a moon landing given such evidence (or lack thereof) if it were China or Russia claiming it. But they cling tightly to the official narrative because it represents some heroic feat of America that has never, ever been duplicated by anyone else in the history of mankind. It is hard to let go of such a mighty myth and to admit that even the "best and brightest" among the scientific community suspended disbelief in order to worship at the altar of American exceptionalism.
@Anonymous: yeah, I've been burned by unwittingly publishing disinfo before, but if you look at clues that Kubrick himself left about his connection to the Apollo program, it makes a pretty convincing case that he was involved.
By "clues" I mean his actual movies. His last film, "Eyes wide shut" was released exactly 30 years after the launch of Apollo 11. And he left a lot of clues in "the Shining:" https://www.dazeddigital.com/artsandculture/article/28293/1/was-the-shining-a-cover-up-for-a-faked-apollo-moon-landing
