My friend, Scott Creighton, just lost his youtube account. My advice to everyone out there ... make a transcript of your favorite audio/video material in case they delete the channel. You might even want a hard copy of that in case the Internet goes down. Here is his blogpost about it.

Yes, I'm still alive. I'm just not weighing in on the daily distraction anymore. There's other work I'm more useful doing ... to each their own.
