What Do the Wall Street Protesters Want?

The mainstream media makes it sound like the #OccupyWallStreet crowd doesn't have a unified message. I've been following them from the beginning, and I'm telling you they do -- "End (the influence of) Corporate Greed" about covers it, but here are the top 5 demands I found here: http://coupmedia.org/the-sovereign-peoples-movement.html

You can vote on these yourself by following the above link.

These are ordered by the number of votes each proposed measure received at the time I wrote this.

1) ELIMINATE "PERSONHOOD" LEGAL STATUS FOR CORPORATIONS
[Find out about how corporations have been assuming rights that were meant for human beings here: http://reclaimdemocracy.org/personhood/personhood_timeline.pdf]

2) Repeal of the Patriot Act

3) End the War On Drugs

4) CONGRESS ENACT LEGISLATION TO PROTECT OUR DEMOCRACY BY REVERSING THE EFFECTS OF THE CITIZENS UNITED SUPREME COURT DECISION
[This was last year's landmark decision by the United States Supreme Court holding that the First Amendment protects corporate and union funding of independent political broadcasts in candidate elections.]

5) Forced Acquisition of the Federal Reserve for $1Billion

Sounds good to me! :)
