Remembering Rachel Corrie

Rachel Corrie was a 23-year-old American peace activist from Olympia, Washington, who was crushed to death by an Israeli bulldozer on 16 March 2003, while undertaking nonviolent direct action to protect the home of a Palestinian family from demolition.

I made the same mistake NTS made by missing the anniversary because of all the distracting nasty stuff going on these days. We should never forget the heroism of this young lady.

NZ Police “Happened to Be in a Training Session” When Mosque Shooting Began

"It took police officers in New Zealand 36 minutes to catch the terrorist who murdered 50 people in two Christchurch mosques last week. Dramatic footage shows that just two officers—only one of whom had a gun—apprehend the suspect after his bloody rampage. We are now learning that this response time would have been longer, but police happened to be conducting a drill nearby practicing for a similar attack."

Apparently Carlson said some "offensive" things about 10 years ago during a shock jock interview. With so much going on in the world, why focus on this BS? Then I saw this tweet from Syrian Girl:

Here's the latest: Electricity Gradually Returns to Venezuelan Capital Caracas
"People in the Venezuelan capital Caracas reported Friday that electricity is being restored gradually in different zones of the city after a sabotage attack against the electric system of the country that took place Thursday evening that was carried out by extremist right-wing sectors in the country, according to the Venezuelan government."
So far, 52 members of Congress have cosponsored H.R. 1004; to prevent any unauthorized military action in Venezuela. Is your representative one of the cosponsors?
There will be a march in D.C. on March 16th to demand the U.S. keeps its #HandsOffVenezuela.
